Cold galvanizing is much cheaper than hot-dip galvanizing, and the effect is certainly much worse than hot-dip galvanizing. The rust prevention of hot-dip galvanizing lamp poles can be as long as 10 years, while cold galvanizing lamp poles have to be declared scrapped in one or two years.
The cold galvanized street lamp pole will rust and corrode soon after use. In addition, the wall thickness is far lower than the normal standard. If it is affected by bad weather, it will break.

General small workshops can not produce high-quality lamp beads. The simplest purpose of street lamp manufacturers who purchase LED lamp beads from small workshops is to save costs.
